Shaft 3 carries disk knives 4 arranged along its circumference, preventing the unit from settling too deep into the soil, and serves to prepare the cultivated soil. Additional flat-cutters 7 have only one directionally inward knife blade 9, while the flat-cutters 8 placed behind the shaft 3 have two new blades 10 symmetrical axial lines 11. The flat cutters 8 are arranged in such a way that their axial lines 11 are on the same straight line with the axial lines of the circular knives 4 placed on the shaft 3. The flat cutters 8 and the additional flat cutters 7 through the holders 12 TL 13 connected to the frame 1. The blade blades 10 form with an axial line 11 an angle of 60-90, preferably 75 °, and at their front ends in the working direction they have a slope of 10-30 ° with respect to the horizontal. After the rotor 18, pipes with an atomizer 32 are installed through which fertilizers are sown into the soil. Fertilizers are located in the bunker 33 located on the frame 1. The bunker is connected to the sprayer pipe 32 through an adjustable outlet 34 and underwater pipes 35. The roller 36 is connected by means of height-adjustable carriers 37 to the frame 1. The roller 36 consists of separate carriers placed on the shaft 38 gears 39 with teeth 40, which are offset relative to each other, and the ends of the teeth 39 are rounded. The unit works as follows. When the machine is moving, disk knives 4 of shaft 3 vertically cut the soil, flat-cutters 8 and additional flat-cutting knives 7 horizontally cut and loosen the soil, rotor 18 with teeth 19 loosen and turn the soil, fertilizer 32 is sown from the hopper 33 through the pipe with the sprayer 32 into the soil , and the roller 30 rolls in and compacts the soil.
